The Brass Works door locks and latches are marine grade. They are
non-ferrous (will not rust or corrode) as they are manufactured from brass and
stainless steel (no pot metals are used). All models are available in
three finishes: polished brass (MP), polished chrome (MPCH) and matte/satin
chrome (MMCH). Some models are also available in stainless steel as
marked. The polished brass finish will tarnish (turn green) and requires
polishing. On request polished brass finish can be dipped in a clear coat
lacquer for an additional charge; this will delay the eventual need to
polish. Gold plating is also available upon request.
Each series is available with passage, privacy and locking functions.
