All of  the mortise locks in the 3200 Series feature the same size mortise case shown here with the exception of the 3220 - see diagram below.  The 3200 Series has a full size mortise and due to it's superior spring structure it is an excellent choice for use with heavy custom designer levers.  It is also the preferred choice for exterior and engine room doors as well as crew quarters due to its heavy construction and durability. All are stocked with a rectangular faceplate - 12.5mm radius faceplate available special order.

3210, 3210Z & 3296K Mortise:

Backset: Distance from front of faceplate to center of handle/keyhole: 55mm (2 3/16")

                        

Centers: 75mm (2 15/16") distance from center of handle hole to center of keyhole.

Anti-vibration Latch:  All 3200 series locks now come standard with the 3-prong anti-vibration latch.  The basic one-piece latch is available upon request.
